In accordance with this text, Acrome Robotik Mekatronik Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Acrome”) (hereinafter referred to as “Acrome”) provide you information about your rights on collecting, processing and transferring of your personal data as a data subject on Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is a regulation on data protection and privacy in the European Union and other relevant legislation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Legislation”).

Acrome, in the processing of your personal data, determines the purposes and channels of processing your personal data by acting as the "data controller" defined in the personal data protection legislation. Acrome, as the data controller, is obliged to establish and manage the data recording system and to take administrative and technical measures regarding data security. Your personal data are processed by Acrome when you create a membership on Riders.ai website, provide personal data  to Acrome/Riders via social media or participate in competitions and events organized by Acrome/Riders.

Grounds for data processing without obtaining explicit consent:
Your personal data is processed for communication and performance of the contract where there is a contractual relationship between you and Acrome.

Your personal data collected by Acrome, are transferred to the bodies who are entitled to demand information and to process personal data within the scope of national/international legislation or conventions in particular; Acrome’s business partners, suppliers, officials, shareholders, distributors pursuant to grounds and purposes regulated in the national/international legislation and to the purposes explained in this text.
Business Associates. Your personal data are transferred to our business associates for competitions to be held and for educational activities to be carried out by Acrome.
Transfer on Legal Purposes. Your personal data are transferred to related facilities (e.g. Any information demanded by authorized public bodies accordingly to the legislation) where it is essential for your personal data to be transferred.  
Transfer Abroad. It is necessary for your personal data to be transferred abroad within the scope of activities such as competition due to activities carried out by Acrome.

Storage of Your Personal Data Your personal data are processed for the maximum period required for the purpose for which they are processed and, in any case, the legal statute of limitations; within the scope of the purposes explained in this text except the mandatory provisions in legislation. At the end of this time, according to the legislation, your personal data are erased, destructed or anonymized.
